Order Status Inquiry

For order status updates... please send an inquiry to support@sunterra-international.com

The sales cart system, manufacturing and fulfillment process are not linked together for status updates.

Due to the overall size and weight, we use freight carriers for delivery.

  • When scheduled for pick up you will receive an image of the crate, BOL copy and Carrier info.
  • Tracking information is assigned at pick up, transmitted to the carrier and then overnight to our logistics company.
  • After we receive notice, you will be sent a pro# and tracking link.

Please allow 2 to 8 days for transit. Once you have the tracking number and carrier information you can get in touch with them, however all carriers will call to schedule a delivery date and time. They just don't show up!

ROTISSERIE kits are ordered and shipped directly from the supplier when the grill is picked up for transport.
