Please keep in mind:
- The manufacturing, accounting, cart system, and fulfillment process are not linked together for status updates.
- We use freight companies for delivery.
- When scheduled for pickup you will receive an image of the crate, BOL copy and Carrier info. After pick up, you will be sent a pro# and tracking link.
- Tracking information is assigned after pick up and entered into the carrier's system and then to my logistics company system.
- Please allow 2 to 8 days for transit. Once you have the tracking number and carrier information, you can get in touch with them, however all carriers will call to schedule a delivery date and time. They just don't show up!
- ROTISSERIE kits are ordered and shipped directly from the supplier when the grill is picked up for transport.
