Introducing our “New” Santa Maria Cantilever Grill Collection with either a front or rear flywheel cantilever style barbecue grill. For zone cooking, the “Cantilever” is made with two grates minus the center upright. Amazing results are achieved by the hand crank assembly’s chain drive lift system, which raises or lowers the grill grates over the coals
Sunterra Outdoor produces cart and non-cart versions of our Santa Maria “Cantilever” style barbecue grills. The Santa Maria “Cantilever” designs range in size from 48″ to 72″. All of our grills feature ceramic fire bricks that create heat retention and distribution on the side walls and are heavy-duty construction.
- The front facing flywheel is manufactured in Galvanized Steel, while the side flywheel option is made in carbon steel and finished in red, satin black, or stainless.
- Thickness – Grill base floor and side walls heavy gauge 1/4″ & 3/16″ steel
- Side walls and flooring: include fire brick for heat retention & distribution firebricks included
- Included, is a resting shelf attached to the top brace.
- Burns Wood and Lump Charcoal Fuel
- Three Step metal and finish process with 1200 degree Paint
