This oven is constructed of super durable powder-coated steel and is fully lined and insulated to keep the heat inside for a perfectly baked pizza, not to mention all kinds of fabulous desserts as well. Starting with charcoal as a fuel source, use your favorite wood, lump charcoal or charcoal briquettes as fuel to infuse your pizza with a wood smoky flavor. Control the flames with the firebox damper and monitor the internal cooking temperature with the easy-to-read thermometer. A wood fired oven will dramatically alter outdoor cooking while providing enjoyment for any gathering.
