Motivated by our triumphant experience with Sunterra Outdoor Argentine, Argentine Bracero, and Santa Maria grills, the Pro Series line is an organic progression into the realm of live fire grilling ideas. Our specialty is making grills with an open concept for cooking over coals or wood, using low, slow heat sustained over flames. Our Argentine grills from the Pro Series are designed to crank at least 15" above the fire. 

Our Pro Series grills are NSF Certified and available in 36" to 96" sizes for freestanding carts or built-in options. They can be ordered with a single grate on the side or a double grate on the back for zone cooking. With amazing results, the hand crank assembly raises or lowers the grill grates over the coals to the ideal distance from the heat.

All of our Pro Series grills feature ceramic fire bricks that create heat retention and distribution on the side walls and are heavy-duty construction. By combining 1/4” gauge steel & fire brick, our superior design offers a new standard for construction and proprietary heat dispensation.
