Functional Style
All of our Ironworks grills are heavy duty, and superior in construction. By combining 1/4″ gauge steel & fire brick our design offers a new standard for construction and heat dispensation that provides a long-lasting product and hassle-free barbecuing. All Sunterra Outdoor Pro Series grills feature ceramic fire bricks that create heat retention and distribution on the side walls. The hand crank assembly features an chain driven lift system that raises or lowers the grill grates over the coals to the desired distance from the heat, producing phenomenal results. Additionally, we have incorporated within the firebrick an area to sweep the ash into an ash pan for easy removal. Inspired by our success with Sunterra Outdoor Argentine, Argentine Brasero and Santa Maria grills, our evolution into the Pro Series Ironworks Santa Maria line is a natural transition to the world of live fire grilling concepts. We specialize in creating grills that feature an open concept of charcoal/wood fired cooking; low, slow sustained over coals and flames. Ironworks Santa Maria grills have been created to crank at least 15″ above the fire.Seasoning Tips

Satisfied Customers
Gary, Hope things are going well. What a fabulous grill. We are using it a lot. Your team should be proud of the work-manship, there is nothing like this product in the market. That big round thing overshadowing your grill is a wood oven.

Did not put the jerk chicken on until the flames burned out and all that was left were burning embers. Cooked them “low and slow’. Everyone was in awe of the flavor, crisp exterior and juicy interior. Love this Grill!!!
