Installation Guide

  • Sunterra Outdoor Wood Fired Oven (Wood Burning-all models)
  • Rotisserie Mounting Instructions

Taking into consideration that a 1 1/2” flange will be added to cover the top counter space between the fire-box and masonry surround… For a Side Opening door, the unit will need to be more forward in the space to allow for the door swing. For a Drop Down door configuration, the unit will set slight back into the opening a little more or flush with the masonry.

  • Make sure the masonry foundation is vented to allow for heat dissipation for larger and heavier grills
  • It is always a great idea to support the fire box underneath. (please discuss with your brick mason to for-mulate a plan)
  • For Indoor / Outdoor installation guidelines and clearances see (Owners Manual)
  • Caution: Do not overbuild the fire. The unit is not a hearth. Small flame and embers ONLY. Use common sense when building, maintaining the fire, and grilling.
