Gary, Hope things are going well. What a fabulous grill. We are using it a lot. Your team should be proud of the work-manship, there is nothing like this product in the market. That big round thing overshadowing your grill is a wood oven.

Did not put the jerk chicken on until the flames burned out and all that was left were burning embers. Cooked them “low and slow’. Everyone was in awe of the flavor, crisp exterior and juicy interior. Love this Grill!!!
