The grill features a three-zone cooking system consisting of a center grate, a middle griddle ring, and an outer removable shelf. This configuration allows for different cooking methods and heat zones within the same surface. Offers the ultimate group cooking style for American, Hibachi & Teppanyaki cuisine.
