Wood-fired oven designed for pizza, roasts, breads, casseroles and more. The insulated cooking chamber retains high temperatures for consistent results. A removable fuel grate and removable ash pan make cleanup straightforward. A glass viewing window allows monitoring without opening the door.

The firebox damper controls flame intensity and heat output. A high-temperature gauge on the door provides a continuous read of internal cooking temperature.
