100% stainless steel grill that uses a rear-mounted brasero firebox to generate embers. The embers fall onto the fire brick floor and are spread under the cooking grates to control the heat source.
The grill uses adjustable V-channel cooking grates that direct grease forward to reduce flare-ups. A flywheel mechanism raises and lowers the grates to control the cooking distance from the embers. The cooking chamber is lined with ceramic fire bricks for heat retention and distribution.
Grills originally purchased with a cart can be removed from the cart and installed in a concrete or masonry base by following the specifications in the Installation Cutout Dimensions guide below.
