Grill designed with an adjustable grate system that raises and lowers food over live coals. The cooking height is controlled by a hand-crank mechanism connected to a chain and flywheel assembly.
The grill uses V-channel cooking grates that direct grease forward to reduce flare-ups and a removable drip tray collects grease during cooking. The cooking chamber is lined with ceramic fire bricks for heat retention and distribution.
Grills originally purchased with a cart can be removed from the cart and installed in a concrete or masonry base by following the specifications in the Installation Cutout Dimensions guide below.
