Pro Series Argentine Rear Brasero
Grill that uses a rear-mounted brasero firebox to generate embers. The embers fall onto the fire brick floor and are spread under the cooking grates to control the heat source.
The grill uses adjustable V-channel cooking grates that direct grease forward to reduce flare-ups. A flywheel mechanism raises and lowers the grates to control the cooking distance from the embers. The cooking chamber is lined with ceramic fire bricks for heat retention and distribution.
The Pro Series construction uses powder coat, gray 6” heavy duty caster and tires and solid head hex bolts to reduce grease buildup and simplify cleaning.
