Pro Series Argentine Side Brasero

Grill with a side-mounted brasero firebox used to generate embers for cooking. Embers are moved from the brasero to the cooking area and spread under the grates to control heat.

The grill features adjustable V-channel cooking grates that direct grease forward to reduce flare-ups. A flywheel mechanism raises and lowers the grates to control the distance from the heat source. The cooking chamber is lined with ceramic fire bricks to retain and distribute heat.

The cooking surface is divided between the main grate area and the brasero. Approximately 70% of the grill width is dedicated to cooking grates and 30% to the brasero firebox (see spec sheets for exact measurements).
