Grill designed with an adjustable grate system that raises and lowers food over live coals. The cooking height is controlled by a hand-crank mechanism connected to a chain and flywheel assembly.
The grill uses V-channel cooking grates that direct grease forward to reduce flare-ups. The cooking chamber is lined with ceramic fire bricks for heat retention and distribution.
The firebox includes a vent that allows ash to be swept directly into a removable ash tray below for easier cleaning.
The Pro Series construction uses powder coat, gray 6” heavy duty caster and tires, and solid head hex bolts to reduce grease buildup and simplify cleaning.
