We use VALLEY FINAL MILE transport for delivery.
- When scheduled for pickup, you will receive an image of the crate, and BOL copy.
- When picked up, you will be contacted by the Valley Final Mile customer service, and sent an email with instructions, updates, and a tracking link.
- Once you have the tracking number and shipment information, you can monitor your shipment through the Public and Final Agent tracking program.
- The Customer Experience process is outlined in the Valley Final Mile information document below.
- Please allow 4 to 14 days for transit. (Day of pickup and weekends are not included)
Rotisserie kits are ordered and shipped directly from the supplier when the grill is picked up for transport.
