Due to the overall size and weight, we use freight carriers for delivery.
- When scheduled for pick up you will receive an image of the crate, BOL copy and Carrier info.
- Tracking information is assigned at pick up, transmitted to the carrier and then overnight to our logistics company.
- After we receive notice, you will be sent a pro# and tracking link.
Please allow 2 to 8 days for transit. Once you have the tracking number and carrier information you can get in touch with them, however all carriers will call to schedule a delivery date and time.
They just don't show up!ROTISSERIE kits are ordered and shipped directly from the supplier when the grill is picked up for transport.
